Pricing varies by generation. At Sahara, first-litter F2 pricing is $7,500 to $8,000, and F3 Savannahs are generally $6,000 to $8,000. Before kittens are born, an optional $300 fully refundable holding deposit saves your place in line. Once kittens are born and you choose yours, a $1,000 non-refundable deposit reserves that kitten, with the $300 applied toward it. Markings, contrast, size potential, and temperament can affect final pricing, and you receive exact pricing once kittens are available.

It depends on the generation and your exact city. Georgia, Hawaii, Nebraska, and Rhode Island ban them entirely. Alaska, Colorado, Iowa, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Vermont allow only F4 and later, so our F2 and F3 kittens are not permitted there. Delaware requires a permit, Texas allows them in only a few counties, and cities like New York City, Denver, and Seattle have their own bans. Please confirm your local law before reserving. The F number is how many generations a cat is from its serval ancestor. Lower numbers are larger, more exotic, and more restricted. F1 is roughly 50% serval and very large. We focus on F2 (social and dramatic) and F3 (a lovely balance of exotic looks and easygoing, family-friendly temperament).

Depending on generation and sex, expect roughly 10 to 16 pounds for our F3 females and males, and up to the low-to-mid 20s in pounds for larger F2 males. They are tall and lean, so they often look even bigger than they weigh.

No cat is truly hypoallergenic. Some people with mild allergies do well with the breed, but there is no guarantee. If this matters to you, spend time around Savannahs before committing.

Yes, in the right home. Well-socialized Savannahs, especially F3s, are playful, loyal, and often bond with the whole family and with dogs. Early socialization and respectful introductions make all the difference, and ours are raised underfoot in a busy home.

They do best with company. This is a social, high-energy breed, and a feline or canine playmate helps a Savannah burn energy and stay happy, especially in homes that are away during the day.

Yes. Every kitten is TICA registered, microchipped, and placed indoor-only. Registration and a transparent pedigree are part of buying from a responsible program.

Our kittens are placed indoor-only (a safe catio is welcome), on a premium diet, with annual vet care and no breeding without written approval. Clear obligations protect the cats and keep our program honest.

They can, but they need enrichment: vertical space, puzzle feeders, safe toys, and ideally a companion pet. A bored Savannah will find its own entertainment, so set the environment up for success.

A high-protein diet appropriate for an active, muscular cat. We send you home knowing exactly what your kitten is eating so you can keep them on a familiar routine and transition at your own pace.

With good care, Savannahs commonly live 12 to 20 years. Annual vet visits, a quality diet, an indoor lifestyle, and a healthy weight all support a long, thriving life.

We share real photos and steady updates from deposit to homecoming, and we talk with you personally to confirm the fit. Visit arrangements are handled case by case, with the health and safety of the kittens first.
